Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to learn and follow warehouse procedures, safety policies, and pharmaceutical distribution standards.
  • Willingness to complete company-provided training and certification for material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
  • Basic computer and scanning skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, Packer, Distribution Center Associate, or Material Handler is a plus, but not required.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training is provided.
  • Experience using RF scanners, voice-picking technology, inventory systems, or warehouse equipment is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout an entire shift.
  • Frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse environments (36°F to 42°F) and occasional freezer areas with company-provided PPE.
  • Ability to safely work at heights up to 30 feet while operating warehouse equipment.
  • Must wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed footwear and other PPE as required .
Job Duties
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products for shipment.
  • Use RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and warehouse technology to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
  • Work in temperature-controlled storage areas while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Train and become certified to operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, FDA and pharmaceutical handling requirements, and warehouse quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping practices.
  • Support inventory accuracy, product handling, and timely customer order fulfillment.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
