Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to learn and follow warehouse procedures, safety policies, and pharmaceutical distribution standards.
- Willingness to complete company-provided training and certification for material handling equipment (MHE), including forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers.
- Basic computer and scanning skills preferred.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, Packer, Distribution Center Associate, or Material Handler is a plus, but not required.
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training is provided.
- Experience using RF scanners, voice-picking technology, inventory systems, or warehouse equipment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout an entire shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated warehouse environments (36°F to 42°F) and occasional freezer areas with company-provided PPE.
- Ability to safely work at heights up to 30 feet while operating warehouse equipment.
- Must wear required safety equipment, including steel-toed footwear and other PPE as required .
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare medical, healthcare, and pharmaceutical products for shipment.
- Use RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and warehouse technology to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Work in temperature-controlled storage areas while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Train and become certified to operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, FDA and pharmaceutical handling requirements, and warehouse quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeeping practices.
- Support inventory accuracy, product handling, and timely customer order fulfillment.
