Pay Rate: $20.90/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
A warehouse facility in Reno, NV is now hiring a Forklift Operator. This role is ideal for individuals with prior forklift and warehouse experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and willing to cross-train as needed. The Forklift Operator plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations through safe product handling, staging, and inventory movement.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts to move and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Palletize and stage products for storage and shipment
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate material placement
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Job Requirements:
• Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs
• Ability to stand and work on feet for the entire shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple areas
