Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and committed to maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and storage areas
• Move, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Replenish pick locations to support order fulfillment operations
• Perform inventory handling tasks including cycle counts and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues
• Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
• Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removal of pallets and debris
• Follow all OSHA, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures
• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to operate stand-up reach trucks and/or sit-down forklifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills
• Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods

Day Shift: $19 Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

Swing Shift: $20 Sun-Thurs 2:30pm-11pm
