Office Manager - Northern Nevada

Absolute Dental is Nevada's largest dental network with 45+ locations and continues to grow statewide! We're looking for strong, results-driven leaders to oversee operations and guide high-performing teams across Northern Nevada.

What We Offer

Base Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses: $10,000 - $20,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (clawback terms apply)

Some Office Manager roles may require travel between nearby practices as part of operational oversight.
What You Will Do

Lead daily office operations and elevate the patient experience
Drive performance, scheduling efficiency, and retention goals
Recruit, coach, and develop front and back office teams
Partner with HR on hiring, compliance, and employee relations
Oversee reporting, budgeting, and supply management
Ensure compliance with all state dental and safety regulations
What You Bring

Experience in medical or dental office management
Strong leadership presence and accountability mindset
Ability to manage teams and improve operational performance
Weekend availability as needed
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
