The salary is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.Job SummaryThe Fulfillment Lead will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the shipping, receiving, and storing of products. The Fulfillment Lead serves as a lead over one or more assigned warehouse functions and is responsible for providing work direction through training and guidance to assigned staff.ResponsibilitiesDetermines work priorities prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.Assign tasks to warehouse personnel including inbound unloading/put away, outbound pulling/staging and loading, sanitation, product moves, etc.Operate forklift safely, following all quality procedures, and with regard to pedestrians and other lifts, in open and tight areas.Provide backup to Operations leadershipPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditsKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationManage and understand KPIs for the selected areaCommunicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkersOperate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles; utilize a variety of hand tools as required; communicate with the supervisor or other lead personnel to arrange for the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as neededFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulationsWork closely with customer service team as required2-3+ years' experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environmentGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work overtime and weekend as neededForklift Experience (standup lift/counterbalance lift, cherry picker/order picker)High school diplomaKnowledge, Skills, AbilitiesKnowledge:Quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulationsSkilled In:Time ManagementWorking in an organized mannerA variety of forkliftsAbility:Work overtime as neededDrive a variety of forkliftsM – F 8:00am to 4:30pmFlexibility to work Sun – Thu and/ or Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (depend on the business needed)Selective PreferenceThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience within a 3PL or fulfillment environment, High School Diploma; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferredFull benefit package including Health, 401k, Dental, VisionOur House RulesSHOOT STRAIGHT Tell it like it is.
