Overview Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is seeking an Assembler II (3rd shift) - Cable Tray at our Reno, NV location. The hourly rate for this position is $22.73 plus a $1 shift differential per hour. CORE HOURS: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you'll do Assist and set up for Welders in the Cable Tray department.Assemble and stack/band Cable Tray ladders.Handle materials and parts up to 50 pounds frequently during the shift.Perform simple repetitive assembly of parts and components.Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other fastening devices.Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams.Support Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives, including:Maintain 5-S throughout shop floor and office areas.Track and sustain visual management tools (e.g., layered audits, OEE boards).Participate in Kaizen improvements and events.Position Success Criteria Consistently lift 50 pounds.Able to stand on feet continuously during shift.Must wear required personal protective equipment as required by company policy.Must be able to handle materials up to 50 pounds.Require fine manipulation of hands with repetitive motion.Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise.Handle materials related to large part construction, weighing 50 pounds multiple times per day.Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications No relocation package offered.
