Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform powder coating applications under the direction of the Paint Production Lead while actively supporting daily powder line operations; Read and interpret customer blueprints to identify and properly mask and plug customer-specified features; Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and cleaning, to ensure optimal coating adhesion and finish quality; Use diagnostic equipment correctly to verify coating quality and ensure compliance with specifications; Remove masking and plugs from production parts exiting the cure oven and verify that parts meet quality requirements
