Integral Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned; Complete service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles; Fix wall and/or floor coverings; repair furniture and fixtures; basic plumbing work; minor electrical repairs; repair appliances; Paint and refurbish projects; work with heating and air systems, refrigeration systems; carpet and hard surface maintenance and make ready rooms; Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills in maintenance tasks
