Siegel Suites - - Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance on apartments including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair; Supervise and train maintenance assistants to improve turnover efficiency; Perform monthly preventative maintenance on all units; Coordinate with Property Manager and vendors to ensure timely service; Accept on-call responsibilities for tenant emergencies
