* Branch Details Now Hiring - B2B Lead Location: Logistics Facility Shift: 1st Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM Pay Rate: $22.50/hour Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Parcel Associate to support parcel and dock operations for a logistics company that helps brands move and manage products efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring parcels are processed, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. Immediate availability is required. Job Duties / Responsibilities: * Monitor the full parcel lifecycle, including label creation, sortation, staging, and dock loading
* Perform regular Gaylord audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and outbound readiness
* Oversee dock operations to ensure parcels are scanned, staged, and loaded on schedule
* Track and report parcel performance and dock metrics to leadership, identifying risks and solutions
* Troubleshoot workflow or equipment issues in coordination with maintenance or support teams
* Enforce and model company and site-specific safety policies
* Assist with additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned Job Requirements: * 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (parcel sortation, dock, or fulfillment preferred)
* Ability to start immediately
* Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
* Strong organizational, communication, and accountability skills
