Warehouse Operations

Safely operate electric stand-up reach trucks to pick, put away, and rotate inventory, often at high rack levels.

Load and unload trailers and containers, ensuring freight is accurately counted and undamaged.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scan guns for accurate tracking.

Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment, report damage to racks, and adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized work area (sweeping, removing broken pallets/plastic).

Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy targets (often 80% or higher).
