Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public areas, verify authorized entry when required, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or public personnel regarding security-related rules and procedures; Assist with incident reporting, daily activity logs, and communication with local authorities, supervisors, and/or site contacts regarding security-related matters and observed issues
