The Table Games Supervisor monitors and maintains the integrity of all Casino table games. They efficiently manage and supervise Casino personnel in a positive and motivating manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment for the guests. Supervise, coach, instruct and direct dealers in proper procedures of appropriate aspects of table games operations including but not limited to correction of errors, recommendations of disciplinary actions and following of rules, regulations, and procedures. Ensure that dealers are providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service to guests, utilizing the highest degree of technical skill in dealing while adhering to established standard policies and procedures.
