Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, public concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe visitor, staff, and public activity in accordance with location procedures and/or post instructions; Support daily operations by preparing reports, noting maintenance or security-related concerns, and relaying information to supervisors and/or appropriate personnel
