Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities throughout the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout entertainment, retail, and common areas, as well as the exterior perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or disruptive behavior while maintaining a professional presence.; Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
