Under the immediate supervision of the Inventory Control Supervisor, the Materials Coordinator is responsible for issuing parts to work orders in the ERP system, staging materials to transport into the clean room, reconcile work orders to maintain accurate inventory counts.
Other Responsibilities may include:
Possess strong attention to detail to maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Proficiency with inventory management software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Data entry skills in programs such as Microsoft Excel, etc.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
Must have general knowledge of warehouse procedures.
Position required exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Must have High School diploma or GED
2 + years' experience in materials / manufacturing environment.
