PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Flexo Press Operator I is an entry-level position designed to develop the skills necessary for operating and maintaining flexographic printing presses. Working under the guidance of senior operators, this role focuses on assisting with press setup, monitoring production, performing routine quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The Operator I builds a strong foundation in press operations while supporting the team in achieving production and quality goals.
