No two days are exactly the samebut youll be responsible for: Participating in Job Safety Analysis to start each site safely Operating and maintaining heavy equipment with confidence and care Digging trenches, pits, and potholes according to project plans Setting up and maintaining safe, organized job sites Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment Establishing safety perimeters to protect your team and the public Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed What youll need At least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Valid, non-provisional drivers license with a clean driving record Experience with drill setup and design processes (preferred) A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right Physical demands of the role This is a hands-on, active position.
