Job Title

Responsible for leading sites supply chain team in driving continuous improvement and best-in-class execution that maximizes customer satisfaction through world class on time delivery and lead times, optimizes inventory, and delivers the lowest total landed cost.

Primary Duties

• Manages sites supply chain functions including material planning, procurement, supplier performance management, shipping, receiving, and warehousing.

Requirements

• Demonstrated abilities in building and leading teams.
• Hand-on experience leading the planning, procurement, production control, inventory management and warehousing functions in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience supporting new product development projects.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (black belt or green belt) is desired.
• Certification in APICS and ISM is desired.
• Willingness to travel 25%.
• Need a strong person in Reno as an SCM has be thick skinned and able to manage difficult personalities.
