Spectra360 has an incredible opportunity available for a Manufacturing Technician! In this role, you will be responsible for the final assembly, inspection, and rework of medical device products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Schedule for Manufacturing Technician: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, plus overtime

Pay for Manufacturing Technician:

• $18.00 – $19.00/hour (no experience) candidates who graduated High School welcome to apply.
• $20.00 – $22.00/hour (with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform final assembly, inspection, and rework of products Medical Endoscopes (flexible scopes used in hospitals)
• Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist other team members as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No direct experience required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• Experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, microscopes, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including GD&T
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
