A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting operations and financial reporting during a critical growth stage.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end monthly close process, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAPManage accounts payable, billing, collections, and oversee external audits and tax complianceRequired Qualifications:8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth technology companiesStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and complex balance sheet accountingExperience with monthly close, financial reporting, and external auditsDemonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on accounting leader in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
