Floral Administrator
The Floral Administrator supports the planning, coordination, execution, and maintenance of floral arrangements and dcor across the three properties. This role contributes to the overall guest experience by assisting with the creation, installation, and upkeep of floral/dcor elements that align with seasonal themes, property branding, and event needs.
Key responsibilities include coordinating floral design production; assisting with dcor concepts for hotel lobbies, VIP check-in rooms, event spaces, and property activations; supporting the installation and breakdown of dcor and event setups; and maintaining accurate organization, care, and rotation of floral and dcor inventory. The Floral Administrator is also responsible for day-to-day departmental organization and housekeeping, including receiving shipments, preparing props and containers, maintaining the floral cooler, and properly cleaning and storing dcor materials.
How You Will Create the Extraordinary
- Responsible for designing and producing floral arrangements, including public-area pieces, events, special events, and special projects.
- Creates, installs, and maintains seasonal and thematic dcor across all designated property areas.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, including floral coolers, storage areas, and workstations.
- Manages the production, delivery, installation, and strike of events, dcor, and special projects for both onsite and off-site locations.
- Consistently upholds Company standards of service for guests and coworkers.
- Ensures all areas meet Company cleanliness and appearance standards at all times.
- Maintains a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment in accordance with Company and departmental safety protocols.

What You Will Need
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in floral and dcor design is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Nevada driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a combination of education, training, and experience that provides the necessary knowledge and skills will be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, from planning to execution.
- Extensive project management with multiple clients and tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong vendor negotiation, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Must be proficient in Windows, MS Word, and Excel as well as Video/Digital software knowledge.
- Experience using Adobe programs: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
- Neat, professional business appearance.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with limited supervision.
- Must be able to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to proofread.
- Ability to anticipate and react to changes in planning assumptions and alters plans as necessary.

- Must be 21 years of age or older.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift floral buckets and floral arrangements weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift objects that weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to push and/or pull heavy rolling loads more than 80 pounds.
- Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
- Must be able to speak English clearly.
- Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to complete tasks in an interruptive environment under time pressures
- Must be able to multi-task

Above average speech both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
