Warehouse Associate - Weekend Shift

Grove is hiring Warehouse Associates at our Reno Fulfillment Center!

Shifts available:

• Full-time: FridaySunday, 5:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Part-time: FridaySunday, 5:00 AM 5:30 PM (2 - select days)

Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 shift differential for FridaySunday shifts.

Full-time roles: New hires for this position are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $400 after 90 days of employment.

Part-time roles: New hires for this position are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $200 after 90 days of employment.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

The ideal candidates should have order picker (cherry picker) and high-reach forklift experience to serve as Backup Drivers when needed. While serving as a Backup Driver, associates will receive a $2/hour pay differential.

• Unload containers of product from trucks in the Inbound area of the warehouse
• You will be trained to be in either the picking or packing production areas
• When in picking or packing position in the warehouse, you will be trained to meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner or pack customer orders quickly, securely, efficiently, and label boxes for shipping using computer
• Help maintain an organized and clean warehouse and comply with OSHA and other safety regulations and follow company guidelines regarding your work
• Physical Requirements and Work Environment include: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, on a continual basis for shifts of 12 hours or longer per day, be able to push/pull carts and lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. during a shift, be able to reach above shoulder level frequently, be able to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons and be willing to work around equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise
• We require that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally able to work in the United States and are willing to submit a background check report
