Ross Stores - 520 North McCarran Boulevard - Responsibilities: Assists Customers in any way necessary - is register-trained, assists Customers with merchandise, and answers Customer questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner.; Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store and thanking them at checkout.; Maintains a high level of cleanliness and safety on the sales floor and in restrooms; reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.; Represents and supports the Company brand at all times and protects confidential information.; Follows MOS, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures to ensure accurate transactions and merchandise protection.
