Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public service personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas, verify access permissions when required, and assist with enforcing location rules, restricted area protocols, and visitor processing procedures.; Prepare clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or policy violations, and support Allied Universal team members and site representatives during routine operations and special events.
