Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to maintain a profitable store environment and provide best-in-class service; Manage costs, initiate local store marketing and recruiting efforts; Effectively coach and counsel team members including kitchen crew and Twin Peaks Girls; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls that meet or exceed audition guidelines; Ensure Steps of Service are followed and motivate staff to provide PEAKS service to every table
