About the Position: Are you seeking reliable and dedicated truck driving opportunities? J.B. Hunt is actively hiring semi-local CDL-A drivers to join our Dedicated Contract Services® team. Enjoy consistent freight and deliveries for a single customer, paired with the benefit of an hourly pay rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus.

Compensation Details:

• Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
• Holiday Pay: $200 per day
• Activity-Based Bonus Pay Components:
  • Cent per mile rate: $0.68 - $0.72
  • Stop Pay: $38 per stop
  • Outsource Pay: $100 - $325 per day
  • Safety Training: $20 per hour
  • New Hire Training Period: $250 per day

Drivers in this position have averaged annualized earnings of approximately $89,000 over the past six to twelve months, with opportunities for frequent home time and onsite management.
