Starting Pay: $23.50 $1.35 Shift Differential. Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM 1:30 AM - The Blending Operator role is responsible for ingredient preparation and batching operation. This includes following recipes, operate/tend machines to mix, and blend a wide variety of ingredients, and weighing and measuring ingredients or products to ensure conformance to requirements. This role also involves the use of lifts, forklifts, learning processes, and following procedures. Concentration on the tasks at hand as well as an awareness of the overall operation is essential. It is critical to success that all governmental and company processes and policies are met and or exceeded.
