Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming phone calls.
• Engage in effective communication with customers, colleagues, and corporate staff.
• Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to efficiently process and manage customer orders.
• Assist customers with logistics, billing inquiries, and account-related questions.
• Support the office team with a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Skills / Education / Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service, accounts payable/receivable, or logistics is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency is required; experience with POS systems is a plus.
