SYNERGY HomeCare - - Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene like bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting; Assist client with medication reminders; Assist clients with ambulation, mobility and transfer activities, around the house or outside; Meal preparation in accordance with clients dietary needs; Do the clients shopping or accompany them when they shop
