Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Maintains a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft; Mitigates theft and fraud and maintains a safe and secure environment for associates and customers; Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention; Trains and educates associates on shortage reduction initiatives; Monitors for potential safety issues and ensures safe egress to emergency exits
