• Via Seating is hiring for a Shipping Clerk/Forklift Driver on our Second Shift to join our team in Sparks, NV!!
  
  The Shipping Clerk/Forklift Driver on our Second Shift is responsible for handling outgoing merchandise in an organized manner by weighing packages, determining shipment methods by reading orders, creating bills of lading, arranging for shipment, estimating costs, updating records, and inserting items into containers. The Shipping Clerk is expected to demonstrate organizational skills, multitasking, attention to detail, good communication abilities, and basic IT skills. This position is expected to safely operate forklifts (electric stand up and sit down) and pallet jacks. On Second Shift, this position will replenish stock as needed, coordinate internal stock transfers using an RF Scanner, as well as boxing and palletizing product for shipments. Standing for extended periods of time during the shift can be required.
  
  The Second Shift Shipping Clerk/Forklift Driver is a safety sensitive position.
  
  Pay Starts at $22.00/hour including a $1.00/hour shift differential.
  
  All Second Shift Positions are from 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday - Thursday
  
  with Overtime on Fridays as needed.
