Job Details

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily raw material usage across production lines and compare against production output.
• Track and report variances between planned and actual material consumption.
• Conduct regular audits of raw material use, storage, and losses.
• Identify trends in material overuse or loss and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate consumption data in SAP.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on raw material usage and efficiency metrics.
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills

• Understanding of production processes and material flow.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, results driven and self-motivated.
• Dependability, accountability, and responsiveness are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP.

Education

High School degree or equivalent required, associate or degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
