Description:

Join The Princeton Review as a Campus Representative and play a vital role in influencing the academic future of your peers! You will connect students with valuable resources, drive enrollment, and contribute to our growth right from your campus. This role is designed for enthusiastic student leaders eager to make a real impact through engaging outreach, social media, partnerships, and events.

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability and campus activities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage in campus networking and outreach to generate quality leads.
  • Encourage students to schedule consultations with our test prep experts.
  • Leverage social media to effectively promote The Princeton Review.
  • Build partnerships with student organizations and participate in relevant meetings.
  • Assist with planning and executing on-campus and virtual events.
  • Distribute flyers and digital promotions throughout the campus.
  • Staff our information table at events, conferences, or fairs.
  • Occasionally help administer free practice test events.
  • Complete necessary training and provide regular progress updates.
  • Take on additional tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Out-going, personable individuals who can easily connect with others.
  • Confidence in using social media to advocate for a cause.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Basic tech skills (email, spreadsheets, social platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least a sophomore class standing.
  • Connections with student groups and organizations on campus.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and self-starter attitude.
  • Interest in fields such as pre-law, pre-med, pre-business, or education.
  • Familiarity with standardized tests (SAT, ACT, MCAT, LSAT, GRE) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • $18/hour plus additional bonus opportunities.
  • Eligible for a free test prep course.
  • No benefits provided for this position.
