Our QA Specialist learns quickly, understands user and client priorities, is an effective communicator, and can collaborate with our team of developers, project managers and designers./ppIn your role as Manual QA, you will be expected to:/pulliCreate testing plans in collaboration with project teams/liliDevelop documentation of test procedures/liliCreate and prioritize bug reports with clear reproduction steps/liliUse a suite of testing tools to ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites and applications/liliFacilitate the UAT process and issue triage/liliWork closely with developers and designers/liliCoordinate closely with project managers to ensure client success/liliStay up-to-date with industry best practices/liliParticipate in improving our QA practice across the organization/li/ulpWhat kind of skill set do you need to be successful in your role within the Evolving community?/pulliAt least 4 years of experience working in a web QA role, with a focus on frontend, UI/UX and website testing/liliExcellent organizational and prioritization skills and methodical attention to detail/liliExperience testing content management/liliExperience in testing CMS-based websites/liliExperience using testing tools for browser and device compliance/liliUnderstanding of usability best practices/liliConducting manual and automated accessibility audits/liliExperience working with a team and using a standardized development workflow/liliExperience using a project management tool like Redmine or JIRA/liliStrong communication skills in English/liliAbility to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment./li/ulpBonus for:/pulliExperience with CMS platforms such as Drupal and or WordPress/liliAgency experience working on diverse client projects./liliProgramming or design experience/liliExperience in running SEO audits and sharing SEO best practices/liliExperience in setting up Google Analytics tracking on websites and able to troubleshoot issues/li/ulpWhat kind of person usually gets along easily with us?/pulliCollaborative and open to feedback/liliOrganized and able to work on several projects concurrently/liliCreative, curious, and proactive at problem-solving/liliNot afraid of learning new tools and taking on new responsibilities/li/ulpBenefits and Perks/ppWe provide a well-rounded benefits package to support both your personal and professional well-being.
