Position Purpose:

The Sales and Customer Support Associate plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional service by engaging with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right products for their projects. Our associates are trained to utilize our resources effectively and to offer comprehensive information that helps in making informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast and friendly service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing sales for their respective departments.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of assigned areas to ensure a shop-ready environment.
• Collaborate with Department Supervisors and team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Complete safety training and diligently follow safety policies to ensure a safe workplace for everyone.
• Work across various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
