Responsible for seat guests in a timely manner, handle all calls and cash/credit transactions; assist the servers by clearing and setting tables, taking and delivering beverages to guests, and any other tasks that allow the servers to give our guests excellent service in a timely manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned). Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Take to go orders. Handle all cash/credit card transactions. Thank all guests as they are leaving. Ask guests for their beverage orders and deliver those to them in a timely manner. Clear empty dishes from the tables as needed. Refill guest beverages as needed. Clear and wipe down tables when guests leave the restaurant. Occasionally may be asked to assist servers with food delivery.
