Compensation: $80,000-$115,000+ with the potential for achievable bonuses!

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA Certification and LABA if required by state
  • Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
  • Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Reliable transportation with a personal vehicle
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services

Job Responsibilities:

As a valued BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You'll develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lasting success. Supervise and train dedicated BTs/RBTs to ensure adherence to treatment protocols. Provide guidance and support to families regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and functional analyses when necessary, reviewing program effectiveness, and monitoring data to track progress.
