Senior HR Associate

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Senior HR Associate to join our organization. This role requires you to be responsible for the growth of the company and other HR processes.

Work Experience: 4-5 years

Work Location: Remote

Must have skills: Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Information Software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and design job description for various profiles.
• Source potential candidates from various channels available online.
• Screen resumes and shortlisting them according to the profile.
• Interview candidates through phone calls or video.
• Prepare logical reasoning and language tests for the preliminary rounds.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Be a consultant for the new employees on board.
• Conduct joining formalities.
• Conduct exit formalities.
• Be responsible for day-to-day HR operations.
