Senior Biller (Hybrid Preferred, Remote Work Considered)

The US Controls segment within ES Finance is currently seeking a Senior Biller to join their Billing & Collections team. This role will be responsible for the oversight and execution of our customer billing activity. The role will interface regularly with multiple functions of the business. Additionally, this role is the billing lead for month end close to the Accounts Receivable Module, and will be responsible for completing Month-End close duties to ensure accurate reporting.

The preferred work format is Hybrid-Remote, allowing the individual to work partly from home and partly in the office each week. As such, it requires the individual to reside within a commutable distance of Endicott, New York BAE Systems location. However, full-time remote may be considered for the right candidate.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years applicable work experience, or equivalent experience.
• Prior billing experience in a corporate finance setting.
• This role will require strong communication and problem solving skills.
• The individual must be team oriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Prior experience with Oracle and prior experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable for an International Company.
• Experience with Government and Customer billing systems.

Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $75254 - $127930. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
