This role blends traditional technical writing with strategic communications, storytelling, and graphic design to support both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner with engineers, product managers, and leadership to create documentation, presentations, infographics, and other visual assets that improve understanding, adoption, and engagement./ppResponsibilities:/pulliWrites, rewrites, and/or edits technical documents related to the software development lifecycle and supporting artifacts within our Confluence space to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences, including developers and product managers./liliAcquires subject knowledge by interviewing product developers, product managers, and technical stakeholders./liliOversees preparation of illustrative materials, selecting drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts./liliConducts quality review of materials./liliTranslates complex data into user-friendly text for print and electronic publications, such as technical journals, user and training manuals, government proposals, websites, and podcasts./liliGathers information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff./liliDevelops cataloging systems, and maintains records, files, electronic media, and archiving of information for publications./liliAssists in preparing material for technical seminars and business forums.
