Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. The financial analyst will be responsible for month-end closing, operational initiatives, financial planning and analysis, training, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate liaison duties. Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned and following up with tracking, reporting, and further recommendations.

Skills and abilities required include effective communication with all levels of management, problem-solving, self-motivation, and the ability to prioritize work load. The financial analyst must also have the ability to think and plan in a proactive and innovative manner and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex financial/operational information to various levels of the organization.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field, and two to four years in finance, accounting, or operations, preferred. The position requires 10-20% travel and is not DOT regulated.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, education, work location, market data/ranges, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type: Salaried

Minimum Pay Range: $65,000.00

Maximum Pay Range: $70,000.00
