About the Role

The Senior Product Manager (SPM) for Parsable owns the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for CAI's connected worker platform. This role is responsible for delivering measurable customer and business outcomes by aligning product innovation with manufacturing and industrial operations use cases, including digital work instructions, operator workflows, compliance, quality, and frontline productivity.

This is a high-impact role requiring strong product judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into scalable SaaS solutions. The SPM will work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Services to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Owns the Parsable product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to CAI's portfolio strategy and growth objectives.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition for connected worker solutions for Process manufacturing.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for differentiation, expansion, and integration within CAI's broader product ecosystem.
Customer & Market Leadership
  • Serve as the voice of the customer through continuous engagement with customers, prospects, CABs, and customer-facing internal teams.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and user research to inform roadmap decisions and investment tradeoffs.
  • Translate operational workflows into intuitive, scalable digital experiences for frontline workers and supervisors.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement on positioning, pricing input, packaging, and launch readiness.
  • Support pipeline growth through product storytelling, demos, and strategic customer engagements.
  • Track adoption, retention, and ARR impact of key product initiatives.
Portfolio & Metrics Ownership
  • Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, time-to-value, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use data to evaluate roadmap effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to executive-level product reviews and portfolio planning.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience owning a complex product end-to-end, from strategy through execution and GTM.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial operations, or frontline workforce workflows.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering in an agile environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority across highly cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with connected worker platforms, MES, EHS, quality, or operational excellence software.
  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven industries.
  • Experience operating within a multi-product or portfolio-based organization.
  • Background in scaling SaaS products with enterprise customers.
