POSITION SUMMARY

As a Spa Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing employees with essential property information, in-house groups, and updates on policies.
• Answering inquiries regarding available services and property amenities.
• Confirming guest treatment schedules, and managing time effectively throughout the day.
• Communicating any last-minute schedule changes to service providers.
• Promoting and selling spa and salon services and retail products.
• Completing requisitions for necessary products and supplies.
• Inspecting work areas and tools to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Addressing maintenance and repair needs with the establishment's Engineering team.

Additionally, you will assist management in:

• Hiring, training, and coaching team members.
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Promoting a positive work culture through quality relationships and teamwork.
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.

• Communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a related field.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

License or Certification: None required.
