EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Will work with flames, sautéing, frying, boiling. Will work in a warm kitchen. Will use cleaners, sanitizers, all-purpose cleaners, grease cleaner and window cleaner. Will work with food processor, slicers and blenders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Control breakfast line
- Handle the Camp kitchen activities
- Strong background in sanitation
- Food prep, presentation and storage knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Remain flexible and available for cross training
- Additional responsibilities will be required
