Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized environment, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
What You'll Do
Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility
Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting of products
Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system
Follow the 7S program to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work safely and efficiently to protect yourself and your team
What You Need to Succeed
Required
Experience operating material handling equipment
Ability to:
Lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment
Work in hot or cold warehouse environments
Preferred Qualifications
Availability for flexible scheduling and possible overtime
1 year of warehouse experience
Experience using handheld scanners
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalentMust have reliable transportation to Spanish Springs
Pay Details: $17.50 per hour
