What Does This Position Pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors, which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $180,000 - $190,000 per year DOE plus bonus. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Paid Media Director:

What You'll Do:
- Develop sophisticated paid search and social strategies across acquisition and retention.
- Maintain accountability for performance of evergreen and seasonal campaigns, continually optimizing the buys in order to meet weekly targets.
- Partner with developers to implement offline conversion tracking and pixel-based optimization across each platform.
- Manage two Sr Social Media Specialists
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years managing a team of media professionals.
- 10+ years of overall online advertising experience.
- Hands on keyboard experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 required.
- Experience working on an in-house marketing team required.
- Experience in franchise/distributed workforce environments is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with individuals across all levels of the organization.
