Hybrid Senior Property Accountant $95/k
What we offer:
- Base pay up to $95/k
- Hybrid set up - 3 days in office and 2 days remote
- Competitive salary package
- Ensure required funding for all properties follows regulations
- Prepare and review monthly inter-company entries and reconciliation
- Ensure timely reporting: Oversee the creation of monthly financial statements for property entities and ensure timely distribution
- Support property budgeting: Prepare annual budgets for the properties
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business
- 5+ years Real Estate Accounting experience
- CPA is a plus
- Must be proficient in NetSuite
- Strong background in Affordable Housing
