Job Description:
As a Zero Trust Program Manager, you will lead and coordinate multiple Zero Trust and network security initiatives as part of a multi-year cybersecurity transformation. This role requires strong program management expertise combined with technical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution of high-visibility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent Zero Trust initiatives within the cybersecurity program.
• Collaborate with leadership, program leads, project managers, and SMEs to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Facilitate program-level planning, decision-making, and change management processes.
• Track and report progress, risks, and deliverables across all Zero Trust projects.
• Ensure technical and strategic alignment with enterprise security goals.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication across departments.
• Provide guidance on Zero Trust principles and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement and agility within the program structure.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-year cybersecurity or Zero Trust programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and network security principles.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale IT or security transformation initiatives.
• Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
