divh2Logistics Services Associate Manager/h2pArrow Electronics is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual that works well in a fast-paced electronics distribution center in Reno, NV as a Warehouse Logistics Services Associate Manager (Exempt level Supervisor). You will support the Logistics Team in directing the overall activities of the distribution center and interface with the supervisors of other departments to ensure an efficient operation, with maximum utilization of available human and material resources./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliResponsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded./liliSupervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel./liliWith specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management./liliReport and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues./liliCoordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production team./liliSets priorities for the team to ensure task completion./liliAccountable for the results of small-sized routine support or production operations teams./liliTrains team members and provides input to employee performance evaluations./liliWill manage a team of 15+ employees./li/ulpWhat We Are Looking For:/pulliTypically requires a 4-year degree and/or 24 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience./liliPrevious management experience./liliMust be able to lift 50 pounds./liliMust be able to work 40+ hours per week and some Saturdays and/or Sundays./liliAbility to be on your feet for long periods of time./li/ulpWork Arrangement:/ppFully In Office: This position will require the employee to be onsite at our Reno warehouse 5-6 days per week./ppWhats In It For You:/ppAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
